Scope
For the cancer phenotype domain, this sub-WG is charged to:
- Draft a phenotype harmonization plan and a cross-cohort PRIMED paper proposal for at least one phenotype/group of phenotypes in the domain
- Variable definition; harmonization plan/algorithm; how to handle edge cases; reproducible code; documentation
- Construct a harmonized cross-cohort dataset for that set of phenotypes
- Harmonized dataset QC; eventual upload of data to AnVIL
- Develop phenotype domain cohort data tables to add to the PRIMED phenotype data model for each set of harmonized phenotypes
