Cardiometabolic Quantitative Traits (sub-WG)

Scope

For the Cardiometabolic Quantitative Traits phenotype domain, this sub-WG is charged to:

  • Draft a phenotype harmonization plan and a cross-cohort PRIMED paper proposal for at least one phenotype/group of phenotypes in the domain
    • Variable definition; harmonization plan/algorithm; how to handle edge cases; reproducible code; documentation
  • Construct a harmonized cross-cohort dataset for that set of phenotypes 
    • Harmonized dataset QC; eventual upload of data to AnVIL
  • Develop phenotype domain cohort data tables to add to the PRIMED phenotype data model for each set of harmonized phenotypes
  • Initial focus includes anthropometry, blood cell, blood pressure, glycemic, kidney, and lipids related traits.
