Scope
The Simulation and Benchmarking sub-WG has the following charge:
- Set up simulation pipelines and generate multi-ancestry genotype and phenotype data under different genetic architectures.
- Make these pipelines and data available on AnVIL.
- Evaluate and benchmark cutting-edge polygenic risk score approaches.
