Simulation and Benchmarking (sub-WG)

Scope

The Simulation and Benchmarking sub-WG has the following charge:

  • Set up simulation pipelines and generate multi-ancestry genotype and phenotype data under different genetic architectures. 
  • Make these pipelines and data available on AnVIL. 
  • Evaluate and benchmark cutting-edge polygenic risk score approaches.
